Hurricane Wilma lands in Florida

Help is on the way to Wilma victims - before the storm hits. Yesterday I watched tree trimming trucks, trucks loaded with roofing materials, and fire rescue units pouring into Jacksonville as they stage to head south.  Didn't see any Comcast trucks, though, so I guess Steve H. will be complaining about dialup again. Val will probably be light in his postings, too.

Here in north Florida, we have lots and lots of rain, but so far, not much in the way of wind although we're still under a tropical storm warning. That just as the RVs begin to arrive for The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party to be held here Saturday.

It looks as though the storm will hit well to the south of GUYK and somewhat south of Donnah, so maybe they won't lose much.
