Venezuela Flooding
Friday, February 11, 2005   By: Juan Paxety

It's Bush's fault

Daniel has photos and accounts of the horrible flooding in Venezuela.  You won't find such coverage elsewhere.

Of course the flooding is Bush's fault, according to Jose Vicente Rangel, vice president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

...como el tratado de Kyoto que lamentablemente un pais muy importante e industrializado como los Estados Unidos se niegan a suscribir

That's right. You don't need to know Spanish to read it - the floods happened because the U.S (los Estados Unidos) is not a "subscriber" to Kyoto.
