Sharpton Faces Down Tough PBS Interviewer
Tuesday, March 04, 2003 By: Juan Paxety
Presidential candidate Al Sharpton faces a tough interview from Margaret Warner.
My candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination faced a tough interview from Margaret Warner of "The News Slug with Jim Leher" tonight. Ms. Warner outlined Mr. Sharpton's career - mentioning his days as road manager for James Brown. She did not, however, mention Tawana Brawley.
Warner asked tough questions, such as does Mr. Sharpton favor a "second resolution" at the UN. Mr. Sharpton says, "We need more dialogue in terms of how we have dealt with North Korea, at least the rhetoric of military operations."
Mr. Sharpton also revealed that he has been engaged in foreign policy for 20 years, and that he has "more 'sperience than Bush did when he started to run."
Democrats, your karma's chasing your tail.
