Another Surprise From The Evil Genius
The Southeast is filled with tears and cheers as the man called "The Evil Genius" in Athens has QUIT. I learned Steve Spurrier had resigned as head coach of the University of Florida when our office manager came into my little room with tears running down her face. As a Georgia Bulldog fan, you'd think I would be happy. I'm not. I wanted to see Spurrier throwing a fit on the sidelines as my Bulldogs ran up the score on him.
Where will he go? Rumors around Jacksonville are that he will go to Tampa Bay - a place he played in the NFL and coached in the USFL. It will be interesting to see if the Evil one's offense is still considered genius in the NFL.
