Cuba On The Net
Monday, January 09, 2006   By: Juan Paxety

Mora has a very interesting analysis on Babalublog regarding the news that Venezuela will keep its oil shipments to Cuba flat - at the same level it has for several years. Mora thinks it may mean there's been a bit of a falling out between the billionaire bearded bastard and El Mico Putumayo.

Robert at The 26th Parallel has more on the balseros discovered beneath the Seven Mile Bridge. Ziva has photos and information on the demonstration in support of them. CB shares his disappointment with the support shown.

I hope your are regularly reading Alberto Quiroga's Havana 5060 blog - his latest effort shows us photographs of the beautiful city of Havana over the past 100 years.

And, at The Real Cuba there's the report that Venezuelans, unhappy with the delivery of their country into fidel's arms, have beheaded che guavara - or at least a bust of him in Caracas.

Plus, you too can vote for Hugo Chavez - this time for Idiotarian of the Year. The voting link is here.
