The Polls
Tuesday, November 02, 2004   By: Juan Paxety

Early, limited evidence is of a big turnout.

I walked over to the polls about 20-minutes before they opened this morning.  I was the sixth person in line.  By the time they opened the polling place, there were 58 people behind me.  I've voted at this place since 2002.  There have never been this many people there quite this early.
