Who Is The Sniper?

![[Image]](MrGarrison.jpg) Word today is that the missing French marksman may be Yugoslav. I'm thinking that the Beltway Blaster sniper now sounds like someone who is either an international terrorist trying to fund his international terrorist network with $10 million transferred electronically, or someone who has read too many spy novels about international terrorists funding international spy networks that way.

The more that I think about it, the more this reminds me of a drive-by shooting - just in very slow motion. I don't believe there's a white van. I think it's more likely to be a rather big, probably old, American car.
