Those Troublesom Irish
Bernard Conolly,a former member of the European Commision says in this article that the euro is merely a first step on the way to German and French (the Fourth Reich - my term) domination of Europe - and the end to British legal protections.
...come 2004 the eurocops will come and get you, literally, and there would be nothing the Irish courts could do to protect you: no habeas corpus, no presumption of innocence, no evidence required before you are whisked off to the Continent for unlimited "investigative detention", no trial by jury.
