The local Cheap Channel affiliates are reporting Florida has already offered it's head football coaching job to Bob Stoops. Stoops was defensive co-ordinator at Florida and has been at Oklahoma the past several years. He led the Sooners to a national championship last year. Cheap Channel reports Stoops is in Gainesville tonight. To those of you in the traditional media - this story is written with what is called "attribution." That means there is no need for the words allegedly and reportedly in this story. Try writing this way sometime. Update - Cheap Channel was, once again, wrong.
