New Intelligence Documents Support Blogger's Weasel Theory The France - Iraq link Back in January, Steven Den Beste did some supposing. He speculated about why the French and Germans were so opposed to war with Iraq, and he concluded that the Axis of Weasels had been selling weapons to Iraq in violation of U.N. sanctions. Den Beste also guessed the weasels were afraid we'd find records after the war.
